02Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders across India. Our goal is to make your shopping experience seamless, rewarding and hassle-free from start to finish.
03What are your payment options?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, UPI, wallets, net banking and Cash on Delivery. Every payment method is secure, fast and designed to give you peace of mind.
04Can I exchange or return an item?
Yes. You can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items should be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging to qualify for returns or exchanges.
05How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to follow the status of your package right to your doorstep.
06Where do you deliver?
We deliver across India through our trusted logistics partners. Whether you're in a metro city or a remote town, we aim to get your order to you quickly and safely.
07How can I contact support?

08What size should I choose?
Refer to our size chart available on every product page. It provides body measurements and fit notes to help you choose the right size based on your preferences.
09Are your products true to size?
Yes, our products follow standard Indian sizing and generally fit true to size. We also include fit notes on product pages to help guide your selection.
10Will you restock sold-out items?
We restock popular items based on customer demand and material availability. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter for back-in-stock alerts and updates.
11I want to change the address of my order. How do I do it?
If the product has already shipped, unfortunately we won't be able to change the delivery address.
We recommend checking whether you can accept delivery at the original shipping address. If not, you may need to cancel the order and place a new order using the correct address.
Once a cancellation request is raised, we try to stop the shipment within 72 hours. Cancellation charges may apply if the order value falls below Rs. 699. Any applicable refund will be added to the FC Cash Refund section for future purchases.
