Refund Policy

At Flyingshark, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our refund policy ensures that you receive your refund promptly and without hassle. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed via the original method of payment. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate the refund, which will be credited to your account within 7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, we provide refunds in the form of a coupon code equivalent to the order value. This coupon code will be emailed to your registered email address within 5 working days after we receive the returned product. The coupon code is valid for one year and can be used for future purchases on our website.

In the event that your area PIN code is not serviceable for reverse pick-up, you may self-ship the product to our office address. We recommend using 'Speed Post' as it is reliable and widely distributed across India. Once we receive the product, we will process the refund and reimburse INR 100 towards your courier charges for prepaid orders.
