Please note that all products being returned or exchanged must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Products that show signs of use, damage, alteration, or are not in their original condition will not be eligible for return or exchange. After the returned product is received at our end and passes the quality inspection, we will process the exchange or refund within 7 business days.
